**Mandatory Criteria**:

- Minimum 5 years of advisory, wealth management experience or fund management experience.
- NCR Location Preferred

**Role & responsibilities**
- Responsible for growing revenues of broking, lending products, Education and Insurance products
- Upgrade / Move clients to other segments
- Increase the AUM & Revenue from the mapped book
- Guide Mutual Funds
- Strong communication & written skills
- Fluency in local language is an added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills and must be a team player
- Must be process oriented and must be willing to learn and adapt

**Qualifications**
- Expertise in Financial Planning and Finance
- Extensive knowledge about Investments and Investment Strategies
- A customer-centric approach and excellent problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Investments or similar is preferred
- A certification such as CFA or CFP is highly desirable

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
