**Job Description: Sales Manager: Mutual Fund**

1. Responsible for managing Direct Sales to Retail & HNI Clients

2. Promote all the Product line of Mutual fund

3. Responsible for generating desired AUM

4. Generate fresh leads and acquire clients through reference to shore up the clientele

5. Achieve sales and revenue targets spread across product mix

6. Profiling customers and provide Investment plan & financial advice to the client/ HNI clients as per their investment horizon and Risk appetite

7. Ensuring the highest levels [One point of contact ] of service to clients

8. Ensuring compliance with internal procedures & meet all regulatory compliance & requirements

- Networking across Institutional clients Hierarchy wise.
- Understands operations and business model of Institutions.
- Deliver high standards of service and maintain high levels of operational integrity

- Demonstrates teamwork and takes active interest in the team discussions
- Ensure Growth, Expenses & profitability parameters of the company

**Qualification & Experience**: Grad / PG / MBA with min 3-5 years of experience of Mutual Fund Sales

**Certification (if any)**: NISM Certification will be an added advantage

**Experience**:
