**Job Summary**:
The Hospital Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the hospital's services, particularly focused on mother and child care. This role involves building strong relationships with stakeholders, increasing brand awareness, driving patient acquisition, and ensuring a positive public perception of the hospital.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Marketing Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop and implement marketing plans to promote the hospital's maternal and child health services.
- Identify target audiences and craft campaigns to meet their specific healthcare needs.
- Conduct market research to understand patient trends, competitors, and industry dynamics.

**2. Patient Engagement and Relationship Building**:

- Plan and execute community outreach programs, health camps, and workshops for expectant mothers, new parents, and families.
- Build relationships with local clinics, doctors, schools, and community groups to generate referrals.
- Develop loyalty programs and initiatives to retain existing patients.

**3. Digital and Traditional Marketing**:

- Manage the hospital’s online presence, including website updates, social media platforms, and online reviews.
- Design and oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, and social media ads.
- Create brochures, newsletters, and other promotional materials to highlight hospital services.

**4. Brand Development and Reputation Management**:

- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels.
- Handle public relations efforts, including media relations and press releases.
- Monitor and manage the hospital’s online reputation, responding to patient feedback and reviews.

**5. Event Management**:

- Organize events such as baby care workshops, antenatal classes, and parenting seminars to engage the community.
- Coordinate with internal departments to plan and execute successful campaigns.

**6. Performance Tracking and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using metrics like ROI, patient acquisition rates, and engagement levels.
- Prepare reports on marketing activities and present them to management.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in healthcare marketing or related fields. Experience in maternal and child care is an advantage.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of healthcare marketing practices and patient engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop compelling campaigns.
- Analytical skills to track and measure marketing performance.
- Ability to work collaboratively with medical and administrative staff.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
