Responsible for integrating marketing campaigns with community and business development strategies to increase the branding visibility of all entities under the Group. Main responsibilities include conceptualizing and branding marketing materials using graphic design, websites, social media, and materials, developing a variety of digital, print and other mediums while ensuring brand continuity and consistency for marketing and communications, and generating leads that drive consumer traffic to the Group’s lines of business.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation and increase brand awareness
- Manage the content that the business posts on social media
- Improve the design, UX, traffic, and content of the website
- Creative and professional photography & videography
- Assists in developing layouts for newsletters, ads, brochures, posters, and other internal and external communication layouts and templates.
- Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)

- Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with design software and graphics editing software, Videos editing software such as InVision, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro
- Develop PowerPoint presentations including client Proposal presentation, infographics & diagrams, creating templates & formatting, custom proposals & reports.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, photography and Videography
- Advanced level of Adobe suite (Photoshop/illustrator/InDesign/Premiere Pro)
- Good Communication Skills

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
