Position: ERP Implementation Finance

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 1-3 Years

Budget: Upto 3 LPA

Education: B.Com/ M.Com/ CA Inter

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with finance and IT teams to understand current financial processes and requirements.
- Assist in the configuration and customization of the ERP system to meet finance-related needs.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and ERP capabilities.
- Develop and document finance-related business processes and workflows within the ERP system.
- Provide support in ERP Software
- Monitor the implementation process, providing regular updates and resolving issues as they arise.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards during the implementation process.
- Provide post-implementation support and assist with ongoing system enhancements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ERP implementation, particularly in finance or accounting ERP modules
- Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and migration techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
