**Job Title**: Real Estate Telecaller

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads for residential and commercial projects.
- Handle inbound inquiries from online platforms, advertisements, and referrals.
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and other relevant information to clients.
- Schedule and confirm site visits for interested customers.
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate customer information and follow-up status.
- Coordinate with the sales team for closures and lead handovers.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales executive, or customer service representative (real estate experience preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and confident personality with a strong sales aptitude.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).

**Educational Qualification**:

- Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- Preferred: Degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years of telecalling / telesales experience.
- Experience in the **real estate industry** will be an added advantage.

**Compensation**:

- Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives based on performance.

**Working Days & Hours**:

- 6 Days a week (including weekends)
- Timings: [Specify office hours, e.g., 10 AM - 6:30 PM]
