**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create wire-frames, mock-ups, and prototypes that reflect the overall design and functionality.
- Collaborate with developers and content creators to ensure the final product aligns with design goals
- Optimize designs for speed, performance, and search engine visibility
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices in web design
- Work with project managers to ensure designs meet client and project specifications
- Integrate multimedia content such as images, videos, and animations
- Ensure that designs are compliant with web standards and accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG)
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation
- Basic understanding of version control systems such as Git

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in web design, Graphic Design, UI/UX Design or a related field
- Proven experience as a Web Developer or in a similar role
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or Figma, Sketch
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla
- Ability to create responsive and adaptive designs for various screen sizes
- Strong understanding of website architecture, layout, and navigation best practices
- Portfolio of previous web design projects demonstrating creativity and technical skills
