**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the maintenance of production machinery, electrical systems, and utilities.
- Plan and implement **preventive and predictive maintenance** schedules.
- Ensure mínimal downtime by efficiently troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and automation-related issues.
- Lead a team of technicians to carry out maintenance activities effectively.
- Maintain records of equipment performance, maintenance schedules, and breakdown reports.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for spare parts procurement and service support.
- Implement and adhere to safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Work closely with the **production and quality teams** to optimize machine performance and efficiency.
- Develop and train maintenance staff for skill enhancement.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- **Experience**: 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in maintenance within a **manufacturing environment (solar industry preferred).**:

- Strong knowledge of **preventive and breakdown maintenance** of solar module manufacturing equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical failures effectively.
- Proficiency in maintenance planning and inventory management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in handling **automated production lines**.
- Knowledge of **TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and Kaizen methodologies**.
- Understanding of **solar PV module manufacturing processes**.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
