Provide support and assistance to students residing in the hostel.
- Address and resolve students' concerns, complaints, or emergency situations promptly.
- Implement and enforce security measures to ensure the safety of hostel residents.
- Conduct regular inspections and monitor access to the hostel premises.
- Enforce university policies, rules, and regulations within the hostel.
- Educate residents about the code of conduct and community standards.
- Document and report any violations or disciplinary issues to the appropriate authorities.
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of hostel facilities.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests with relevant university departments.
- Ensure that essential amenities and services are available to residents.
- Be prepared to respond to emergencies, such as medical incidents or natural disasters.
- Establish and communicate emergency procedures to residents.
- Serve as a point of contact during crisis situations.
- Organize and promote community-building activities within the hostel.
- Encourage a sense of belonging and camaraderie among residents.
- Maintain records of hostel occupancy, incidents, and resident information.
- Generate reports on hostel operations.

**Qualifications**
- A degree or equivalent qualification

**Skills**
- Relevant professional experience.
- Someone with Military background
- Good communication (Oral & Written)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
