**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Relationship Building**: Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences to tailor our services accordingly.
- **Sales Conversion**: Qualify leads, address inquiries, and overcome objections to successfully convert prospects into sales opportunities.
- **Pipeline Management**: Manage and update sales pipeline using CRM software, track leads, follow up on inquiries, and ensure timely closure of deals.
- **Achieve Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the sales manager, demonstrating consistent performance and productivity.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities and strategies.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with the sales team, photographers, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of client projects and deliver exceptional customer experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record of success in tele sales or a similar role, preferably in the photography or videography industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits persuasively.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
