Roles & Responsibilities:

- Managing accounts and business development activities with the existing and new clients, with continuous on the go support and services for all existing clients in Fintech space.
- Should be able to coordinate with the Product and Tech team for all user requirements, and bridge the gap between clients and technical team.
- Drive product lead sales, focusing on scaling the lending platform sales for originators.
- Engage with potential clients from business development to go live, serving as the first point of contact.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to boost revenue.
- Meet Originators, Fintechs, NBFCs, Financial Institutions and other enterprises, build rapport, facilitate for onboarding and business commencement with lenders though the lending platform
- Close partnership alignments between lenders and originators for successful go-live.
- Align processes and platforms between lenders and originators to scale business
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver targeted outcomes.**Requirements**:

- 8 to 12 years of experience in fintech, banking, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of the fintech landscape, banking requirements, and retail lending platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
- Experience in Sales / Partnership / strategic alliance roles B2B SaaS, fintech, or lending platforms preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. MBA preferred.
