1. Must have a good track record in academics and have passion for teaching.
2. Must have clarity of expression; written and oral communication skills.
3. Handle theory and ensure learning by UG/PG students.
4. Do research in the appropriate field of specialization, by guiding UG/PG students.
5. Publish quality research work in journals of repute.
6. Take part in industry visits/ industry consultancy/ industrial tour.
7. Assist in preparing documents for ISO/NBA/NAAC/NIRF ranking etc.
8. A good team player - assisting various department/college activities.

**Qualifications**:
MBA (Management/ Finance)

Ph.D. in the relevant field (mandatory)

**Experience**:
Fresher of 8 years of teaching experience in university/ college
