* Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
- Able to manage Operations of the store and flexible in Morning/Evening Shift.
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Generate and review daily sales report.
- Motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to staff.
- Maintain & Monitor Store Inventory.
- Greet and assist customers as necessary when other sales associates are busy
- Conduct regular audits of the store’s physical and practical condition to ensure quality

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Flexible shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sector 9 Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- 5G: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi, Punjabi, English (preferred)
