**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals. Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across various platforms.
- Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.
- Coordinate with design and writing teams to ensure content is informative and appealing.
- Lead and manage a team of digital marketers and social media executives. Guide team members during project execution, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Responsible for client communication to understand their needs and goals. Maintain positive client relationships through regular communication and updates.
- Develop project roadmaps and ensure alignment with overall marketing strategy.
- Identify potential issues in campaign execution and work proactively to resolve them.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven working experience of at least 3 years in digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Google and Meta Ads.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
