Social Media Marketer

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. **Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with our brand objectives and target audience.
- Manage and optimize social media accounts across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create engaging and shareable content, including text, image, and video posts, that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
- Implement and manage paid social media advertising campaigns, monitoring performance and optimizing for maximum results.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies and improve engagement.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices, incorporating new ideas and approaches into our social media efforts.
- Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to amplify our reach and enhance brand awareness.
- Monitor competitor social media activities and industry trends to identify opportunities and potential areas of improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in a similar role.
- In-depth understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Strong creative and writing skills, with the ability to create engaging and compelling content.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and scheduling software.
- Experience in implementing and managing paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to track and interpret social media metrics.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools and basic knowledge of Photoshop or Canva is a plus.
