**Responsibilities & Requirements**:
The Security Officer ensures the protection of the organization’s people, property, and assets through vigilant surveillance, proactive patrols, and effective response to incidents. This role involves maintaining a secure environment by enforcing safety protocols, monitoring security systems, and providing exceptional customer service.

**Patrol and Surveillance**:

- Perform routine patrols of the facility, both inside and outside, to deter and detect security threats.
- Monitor and analyze surveillance camera feeds and alarm systems for suspicious activities or potential security issues.

**Incident Management**:

- Respond swiftly to security alarms, emergencies, and incidents, including medical situations, fires, or unauthorized access.

**Access Control**:

- Oversee and manage entry points, ensuring that only authorized individuals gain access to restricted areas.
- Issue visitor badges and verify credentials to maintain secure access.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and security-related occurrences in logs and reports.
- Document and report any unusual incidents, and collaborate with law enforcement or investigative teams as needed.

**Policy Enforcement**:

- Uphold company security policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment.
- Advise and assist staff and visitors in compliance with security regulations.

**Customer Service**:

- Deliver courteous and professional service to employees and visitors, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Act as a visible deterrent to potential threats while fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant security training or certification is preferred.
- Prior experience in security or law enforcement is a plus.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with calmness and efficiency.
- Proficiency in operating security equipment and systems.
- This role involves working in various settings, including both indoor and outdoor environments, and may require flexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends, or holidays.
- Retired Police professional (VRS) may apply

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
