**Job Summary**: The Security Officer ensures a safe and secure environment at the garment manufacturing unit, protecting employees, visitors, assets, and company property. This role involves monitoring surveillance systems, controlling access points, responding to incidents, and preventing theft, vandalism, and accidents.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Surveillance & Monitoring**: Monitor CCTV, conduct patrols, and inspect premises for security breaches.
- **Access Control**: Verify identities, control access to sensitive areas, and prevent unauthorized entry.
- **Incident Response**: Respond to incidents, provide first aid, investigate suspicious activities, and report to supervisors or law enforcement.
- **Loss Prevention**: Monitor inventory and report discrepancies.
- **Safety & Compliance**: Enforce safety protocols, assist in evacuations, and prevent workplace injuries.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain logs and submit reports on security incidents.
- **Collaboration**: Work with HR, management, and local authorities to address security concerns.
- **Patrolling**: Patrol interior and exterior areas of the facility.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- High school diploma (preferred).
- Prior security experience (preferably in a manufacturing setting).
- Strong observation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of security systems and first aid.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
