**Job description**:

- Sending Quotations & Performa invoice according to the sales team requirement.
- Maintaining Customer Purchase Order and material dispatch on time. Coordinating with backend for generating Invoice against each purchase order. Coordinate with Sales Team for monthly forecast.
- Filling documents of vendor and administration work.
- Handling logistics department all over India.
- Doing payment follows up with customer.
- Sending daily dispatched details & sales reports to CEO
- Coordinating with factory for production and dispatches and for the material stock.
- Handling key customer and there orders and dispatches
- Handle the processing of all order with accuracy and timelines.
- Working on Exhibition work also. Promoting companies products in Exhibition
- Forwarding Indiamart inquiry to sales team region wise

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift
