**Responsibilities**:

- Create marketing campaigns to generate leads via various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube and Twitter
- Manage social media profiles, create monthly posts calendar, engage with customers and reply to all comments - messages etc
- Manage YouTube channel, prepare content strategy and schedule weekly videos. YouTube growth hacks are must
- Promote campaigns organically via 500+ WhatsApp groups, Telegram Channels and Facebook Groups
- Understand the customer persona, unique selling points and create content strategy accordingly for each marketing campaign
- Ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously
- Problem identification and solution in campaigns which are not working smoothly
- Manage LinkedIn pages and generate high traffic content
- Boost SEO of the website and constant monitoring of all the pages
- Publish various brand awareness campaigns and gain customer trust

**Experience/Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of digital marketing tools and best practices
- Experience with Google Adwords, Google Analytics, SEO, and Facebook Ads
- Familiarity with video editing and content creation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Someone who is looking for a full-time & long term opportunity in a EdTech firm

**Skills**:

- Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills (should have command over English, Hindi & Marathi)
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audience & devising digital campaigns that engage, inform & motivate
- Should be well versed with Google ads, banner ads, display ads, youtube ads, Facebook pixel etc.
