We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **AVP, Business Performance, Sustainability and Client Analytics**

**Principal responsibilities***
- Conduct data exploration and analysis on the external and internal data assets available within the bank to generate insights.
- Create compelling PowerPoint presentations for senior management.
- Conduct analysis on macro-economic trends that can have impact on bank’s performance and suggest actions.
- Suggest ideas and identify opportunities to grow the business and present it to senior stakeholders.
- Support juniors in the team in their skill development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams and functions and work in an integrated environment.
Requirements
- Graduation / Post Graduation degree from reputed institute in a Finance (with a good CGPA score)
- Strong analytical thought process and aptitude for problem solving.
- Deftness in analyzing high volumes of data, preferably using advanced analytical tools like python etc.
- Advanced excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Team-oriented mindset combined with the ability to complete work independently to a high-quality standard.
- Experience of operating in a global setting / interacting with Business Partners and Senior Management and Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Being a go-getter and getting things done amidst uncertain and challenging environment and within tight deadlines and Provide guidance and support to juniors proactively.
- Research background in banking industry would be a valuable add-on.
- Understanding of macro-economics, interest rate cycles etc.
