You will be the company's "face " for all visitors, attend direct calls from vendors/clients, and be responsible for the first impression we make. A customer-oriented approach is essential **Responsibilities**: Answer all the customers' questions and address their complaints Communicate with all other departments to ensure prompt responses to enquiries Make reservations or appointments for management members as per needs Answer enquiry calls and record details of each conversation for future follow-up Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings and events. Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Handel walk-in people.
