**Job Description**:
We are seeking a pleasant Customer Relation Executive to join the ideal Chefouse team. You will be the company's "face " for all visitors, attend direct calls from vendors/clients, and be responsible for the first impression we make. A customer-oriented approach is essential

**Responsibilities**:
Answer all the customers' questions and address their complaints

Communicate with all other departments to ensure prompt responses to enquiries

Make reservations or appointments for management members as per needs

Answer enquiry calls and record details of each conversation for future follow-up

Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings and events.

Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Handel walk-in people.

Requirements and Skills

Bachelor's Degree

Experience in the same industry preferred

Additional experience in customer service preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge in MS Office

English
