Job Title: Customer Relation Executive

Role Overview:
As a Customer Relation Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer interactions, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining relationships with clients, resolving issues efficiently, and contributing to sales efforts through effective persuasion and negotiation. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.

Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Drive sales and persuade potential clients to use our services/products.

Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.

Skills & Qualifications:
0-1 year of experience in customer relations or sales.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.

Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a plus.
