We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our team as Product Advisors in our telesales department. As a Product Advisor, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products over the phone, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.

2. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.

3. Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.

4. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

5. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.

6. Update customer information accurately in the database.

7. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum 6 Months of experience in telesales, upselling, or renewals.

2. Fluent in Hindi and Gujarati languages, with excellent communication skills in both languages.

3. HSC passed or equivalent educational qualification.

4. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

5. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

7. Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Friday, 10 am to 7 pm
- 1 rotational week off between Monday to Friday

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Salary range: INR 15,000 to 17,500 per month (In-Hand)
