- **KEY RESPONSIBILTIES**_
**Lead Engagement**: Reach out to potential leads generated through performance marketing campaigns.
**Customer Needs Assessment**: Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable skincare products.
**Follow-Up**: Regularly follow up on both cold and warm leads to ensure high conversion rates.
**Product Explanation**: Clearly articulate product features, benefits, usage instructions, and ongoing offers.
**Record Keeping**: Maintain daily call logs and conversion trackers using CRM tools or Excel.
**Sales Targets**: Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets set by the company.
**Query Resolution**: Address customer queries and objections professionally and confidently.
**Team Coordination**: Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- **REQUIRED SKILLS**_
Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or inside sales.
Experience of 1-2 years in BPO is preferred.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; proficiency in additional regional languages is a plus.
Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality.
Ability to comprehend and effectively explain skincare product features.
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and CRM tools.
Capability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently.
