Designation - Executive - SCM

Experience - 5 years plus

Location - Naigaon (Mumbai)

CTC - Upto 8.00 LPA

Qualification -BE/ Btech

**Duties & Responsibilities**

1. Devise & use fruitful sourcing strategies

2. Timely ordering of necessary goods & services

3. Negotiating and finalizing purchasing agreements with suppliers

4. Monthly MIS for delivery & service performance of suppliers

5. Renewal & contract closure with suppliers

6. monitoring of supplier performance & improvement plan based on performance.

7. challenging the staus quo of existing process & devise improvment plan.

8. Initiation of Technology for reduciton & simplificaiton of work.

9. Capacity evaluation of suppliers & gap identification with respect to requirement.

10. Supplier visit for process adoption & improvement plan.

11. Monthly analytics on spend and develop strategies and identify improvment projects

12. Experience in handling sourcing of engineering parts preferable gas meters or equivalent

13.Maintaing supplier relationship management and good at resolving the critical issues

14.Developing supply chain strategy in line with business objectives

15.Should have experience in handling the internal/ External audits like - IMS,TQM,Business Excellence

16.Driving cost saving initiatives, capacity enhancement, digitization, inventory reduction projects

17.Risk mitigation and sustainability of supply chain management.

**FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES**

2. He should have good experience rather expert in buying Metals components and Engineering plastics & injection molded parts.

3. Need to be familiar with commercial terms used in domestics & import transactions.

Should have sound knowledge of ERP software & need to proficient in MS-OFFICE ( EXCEL/PPT & WORD )

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month
