**About the Associate Role**

The PDI Associate will play a crucial role in driving business development activities, building and maintaining relationships with our external program graduates, and supporting the development of course materials and resources. This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and a proactive approach to community building and business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Track and report on business development activities and outcomes.
- Foster a sense of community among external program graduates and maintain ongoing engagement.
- Organize events, webinars, and meetups for program alumni.
- Manage alumni communication channels, including newsletters, social media groups, and forums.
- Assist in the development and enhancement of course materials and resources.
- Create and update training materials, including presentations, handouts, and digital resources.
- Support the delivery of training sessions and workshops.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in any field

**Skills**
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in various technological platforms such as Google Suite, Zoom
