**About the Junior Facilitator Role**

The Junior Facilitator will assist in organizing and facilitating workshops, as well as developing engaging and informative course materials. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for education, excellent presentation skills, and experience in curriculum development.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Workshop Facilitation**: Assist in planning and running workshops for educators, school leaders, and other stakeholders. Ensure workshops are engaging, informative, and aligned with PDI’s objectives.
- **Course Materials Development**: Create, update, and improve course materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources. Ensure materials are clear, engaging, and pedagogically sound.
- **Participant Engagement**: Foster a positive learning environment during workshops. Encourage participation, manage discussions, and address any questions or concerns.
- **Feedback and Improvement**: Collect feedback from workshop participants and use it to improve future workshops and course materials.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the PDI Content Writer, Training and Development Specialist, and other team members to ensure consistency and quality in all training materials and workshops.
- **Logistics Support**: Assist with the logístical aspects of running workshops, including setup, materials distribution, and post-workshop evaluations.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in any field
- **Experience**: Experience in facilitating workshops or training sessions. Experience in curriculum development or instructional design is highly desirable.

**Skills**
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging and effective educational materials.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using presentation software and e-learning platforms.
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
