Sales Executive(Healthcare)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development**
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the healthcare market.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management.
- Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals to promote products/services.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to potential clients.
**Client Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.
- Address client concerns and ensure resolution in a timely manner.
**Product Knowledge & Promotion**
- Maintain a strong understanding of company products and services.
- Educate healthcare providers on product features, benefits, and usage.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market intelligence.
**Reporting & Documentation**
- Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, customer interactions, and pipeline in CRM tools.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management.
- Participate in weekly/monthly team meetings and performance reviews.
**Requirements: Education**:
- Graduation In any Field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferable.
- A degree or diploma in healthcare, pharmacy, or medical technology is an advantage.
**Experience**:
- 1-3 years of sales experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical devices industry preferred.
- Freshers with strong motivation and relevant academic background may also apply.
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
**Additional Information**:
- Frequent local travel is required.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
