With ServiceNow, we are establishing a Centre of Excellence (CoE) located in India (Pune and Bangalore), which will support our transformation priorities. ServiceNow is integral to the creation of digital workflows throughout the bank’s global operations and will help us simplify operations, empower employees, improve customer service, and bring innovation to market faster.
The ServiceNow Business Analyst (BA) role is responsible for designing and developing Technical Requirements from Functional business requirements as proposed by the platform process owners. The ServiceNow BA should also contribute to conducting requirements gathering workshops, including documenting and analysing requirements as aligned with the product roadmap.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Liaising with the Product Team, customers, and other stakeholders as appropriate and acting as the business/functional counterpart for solution identification
- Participating in the analysis of incoming demand requests and progressing them to technical stores for the backlog.
- Supporting Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-up, demonstrations and retrospectives
- Actively supporting the business strategy, plans and values, contributing to the achievement of a high-performance team culture
- Conduct Requirements gathering workshop with stakeholders and capturing business requirements
**Your skills and experience**
- Basic ServiceNow product knowledge
- Proven experience of taking very high-level requirements and working with stakeholders of different seniorities to translate them into technical stories
- Experience working in Agile environment using SCRUM methodology.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to work effectively in virtual teams across multiple locations
