**Responsibilities**:
As the Creative Writer, you will be entrusted with the following key responsibilities:
**Contribute in a writer’s room**:
Work with the chief writer and fellow writers in a pod in crafting the written content for the YouTube adaptation of a Pocket FM audio series.

**Scripting**:
Ensure the creation of compelling scripts for the YouTube channel that strategically aims to enhance viewer retention and engagement.

**Content Planning**:
Strategically plan and organize season-wise content for the YouTube channel, leveraging insights from the transcripts of the audio series under the guidance of the Chief Writer & Showrunner

**Qualifications**:
**Writing Expertise**:
Demonstrated 2+ years experience in writers' rooms, showcasing a proven ability to deliver high-quality written content

**Storytelling Prowess**:
Possess a profound sense of storytelling, with a track record of creating narratives that captivate and resonate with diverse audiences.

**Cultural Sensitivity**:

- Exhibit an American sensibility, coupled with a deep understanding and exposure to the content consumed in the United States.

**Type of Employment - Contractual (6 months)**

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
