**Position Overview**:
We are hiring a full-time **Marketing Executive** with **2 to 4 years of experience** in **Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing, or Advertising**, to join our growing team in **Chennai**.

This role requires strong **communication skills**, experience in **coordinating creative campaigns**, and a **proactive, detail-oriented mindset**. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and has a passion for **music or audio gear**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with in-house design and video teams to develop **marketing content**:

- Support **product launch strategies**, promotional activities, and artist collaborations
- Manage timelines, internal approvals, and brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Assist in writing briefs, organizing marketing assets, and reporting campaign performance
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align messaging and promotions

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in **marketing communications**, **digital advertising**, or **brand marketing**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in **campaign coordination** and working with creative teams
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficient in tools like Google Workspace, Trello/Asana, and Canva/Adobe (optional)

**Preferred (but not mandatory)**:

- Interest or background in **music production, DJing**, or **audio technology**:

- Experience working in **media**, **music**, or **consumer electronics industries**:

- Basic understanding of social platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn from a brand POV
