**Job Summary**
The Pantry Supervisor will oversee the pantry operations in a co-working space, ensuring the provision of excellent service, cleanliness, and functionality. This role involves managing pantry staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring food and beverage availability, and upholding high standards of hygiene and customer service to enhance the experience of the co-working members.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Pantry Operations Management**
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the pantry to ensure smooth functioning.
- Ensure timely availability of beverages, snacks, and other pantry supplies for co-working members.
- Manage and schedule daily cleaning, organization, and replenishment of pantry items.
**2. Team Supervision**
- Lead, train, and manage pantry staff to deliver excellent service.
- Monitor staff performance and address any issues related to service standards or discipline.
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage during business hours.
**3. Inventory Management**
- Maintain adequate stock levels of beverages, snacks, and other supplies.
- Conduct regular stock checks and place orders to replenish items before they run out.
- Ensure proper storage of pantry supplies in accordance with safety and hygiene standards.
**4. Hygiene and Cleanliness**
- Ensure the pantry area is clean, sanitized, and well-organized at all times.
- Monitor compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Address any maintenance or repair issues in the pantry area promptly.
**5. Customer Service**
- Interact with co-working members and staff to address pantry-related concerns or requests.
- Ensure timely and efficient service to enhance the user experience.
- Gather feedback from members to improve pantry services and offerings.
**6. Reporting and Documentation**
- Maintain records of inventory, orders, and expenses.
- Prepare and submit reports on pantry usage, expenses, and staff performance.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
**Key RequirementsEducational Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in hospitality or management is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹11,082.53 - ₹20,000.00 per month
