**The team you’ll be part of**

As Nokia's growth engine, we create value for communication service providers and enterprise customers by leading the transition to cloud-native software and as-a-service delivery models. Our inclusive team of dreamers, doers and disruptors push the limits from impossible to possible.

You will be joining the Engineering (R&D) team in CCS Service practice.

**What you will learn and contribute to**
- Recommend and evaluate appropriate technologies and tools for project requirements.
- Develop high-quality code for front-end and back-end components using Java, Angular, Hibernate, and SQL Server.
- Build, manage, and maintain Microservices while leveraging Kafka for event-driven architecture.
- Design and optimize SQL Server databases for data storage and retrieval, ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Create user-friendly web interfaces using Angular, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and an optimal user experience.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure software reliability and stability.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation for software architecture, code, and deployment procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders to align with business objectives.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members as needed.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and developing complex, scalable software systems.
- Proficiency in Java, Angular, Hibernate, SQL Server, and Kafka.
- Strong knowledge of Microservices architecture and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

**It would be nice if you also had**:

- Good knowledge of virtualization and container concepts: Docker; Kubernetes.
- Good knowledge of IT concepts associated with the deployment of modern networks: BigData and distributed processing (Hadoop, Kafka, Spark); Cloud native software concepts (micro-services architecture).
