Girikon is looking for “**Full Stack Technical Architect**” with the following job description:
**Location - **Noida / Bangalore
**Work Arrangements**: Hybrid / Remote
**Shift timings**: US shift (5 pm to 2 am)

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand customers business challenges/goals and arrive at value added Technology Solutions, define Technology direction and Roadmap.
- Analyzing and solving complex business and workflow issues with solid scalable technical solutions.
- Design Systems at the component level, make strategic technology choices, and directly supervise the quality of designs and implementation inside and between components.
- Guide a team of Engineers offshore and onsite in design and code.
- Ensure Industry defined Best Practices are followed in Design and Coding.
- Work with Sales/Business Development team in identifying new business opportunities with customers and transform to Projects.
- Understanding and implementation of security and data protection.
- Work with distributed teams (in USA, Mexico, India) for delivery and execution of Projects.

**Job Requirements**
- 10+ years of experience in the Software Industry.
- At least 3 years of experience in Architecting large projects.
- Experience conducting design and architecture reviews.
- Should be strong in Core Java with strong backend querying through mongo/Oracle/SQL.
- Proficient experience using Advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as Angular, Knockout, Backbone, React and Durandal.
- Highly experienced with back-end programming languages like PHP, Python, Ruby, Java,.NET, JavaScript.
- Show thought-leadership on next-generation RIA systems.
- Sound Knowledge on latest Architecture trends, Java/J2EE Technologies, Design Patterns, Object-Oriented Programming Concepts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
