We are looking for Admin/Finance Executive for Argitektur part of Skepper Creative Agency.

Looking for someone with 2-3 years experience in admin along with accounts & finance.

**Job Description**:
1. Preparing Quotations, Proposals, Invoices, PO, DC’s

2. Handling Accounts Receivable & Accounts payable

3. Posting entries in Accounting software

4. Statutory calculations & Filing

5. Petty cash handling & voucher writing

6. Filing & maintenance of all bills & documents.

7. Taking care of Client & Vendor registrations & Agreements.

8. Carrying various process audits and reporting.

9. Budgeting & Variance analysis

10. MIS Reporting daily/weekly/monthly

11. Oversight of Financial Operations, Internal Controls and Co-ordination of all Financial and Internal/External audits

12. Handling Company Correspondence

13. Taking care of Fixed Assets records

14. HR - Offer letters, Appt letter /Attendance monitoring

15. Any other relevant task assigned.

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
