**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct interactive training sessions on verbal and written communication.
- Design and deliver modules on public speaking, body language, group discussions, and interviews.
- Provide individual coaching to learners needing extra support.
- Assess communication gaps and customize content accordingly.
- Encourage confidence, fluency, and clarity in speaking and writing.
- Use real-world examples, role plays, and presentations to boost engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, HR, or related field.
- Proven experience as a communication/soft skills trainer (preferred)
- Strong command over English (verbal and written).
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with online and offline teaching tools.
- Certification in soft skills/communication training (preferred but not mandatory).
