We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team and manage the financial health of our growing company.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and oversee financial records, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and general ledger entries.

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and payments.

Handle tax filings, payroll processing, and statutory compliance.

Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure financial stability.

Collaborate with project managers to track project costs and budgets.

Provide financial reporting and forecasts to management for strategic decision-making.

Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Proven work experience as an accountant, preferably in the construction industry.

Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).

Strong understanding of tax regulations and financial compliance.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under deadlines.

Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
