Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our finance team at Kraus Casuals Pvt Ltd. The candidate will support day-to-day accounting and finance functions, working closely with senior accounts staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day accounting entries (purchase, sales, receipts, payments, etc.)
  • Prepare and maintain vouchers, bills, and invoices
  • Support reconciliation of bank statements and vendor accounts
  • Maintain proper records of GST and TDS-related transactions
  • Assist in preparing monthly reports and financial statements
  • Coordinate with internal departments and vendors as needed
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Excel, or ERP)

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Familiarity with MS Excel and Tally (or willingness to learn)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to work under deadlines and in a team

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

  • Internship or project experience in accounting or finance
  • Knowledge of GST, TDS, and invoice processing
  • Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Logic ERP)
