**Job Summary**

The Marketing Field Work Officer for the Eye Hospital will be responsible for executing field marketing activities to promote the hospital’s services, increase patient referrals, and build relationships with local communities and healthcare providers. This role involves extensive travel, direct interaction with potential patients, and collaboration with internal teams to achieve marketing objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Field Marketing Activities**

Plan and execute field marketing campaigns to promote the hospital’s eye care services.

Distribute promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and banners, in targeted areas.

Conduct door-to-door visits, community outreach programs, and informational sessions.
- **Community Engagement**

Organize and participate in health camps, eye check-up camps, and awareness programs.

Build and maintain relationships with local community leaders, schools, and organizations.

Represent the hospital at local events, fairs, and exhibitions.
- **Patient Referrals**

Develop and maintain relationships with local clinics, optometrists, and general practitioners to increase patient referrals.

Provide information about the hospital’s services, specialties, and patient care programs.

Track and report on referral sources and outreach activities.
- **Market Research and Analysis**

Conduct market research to identify potential patient segments and areas for outreach.

Gather feedback from the community to improve marketing strategies and service offerings.

Monitor competitors’ activities and market trends.
- **Reporting and Documentation**

Maintain detailed records of field activities, patient interactions, and referral sources.

Prepare regular reports on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and outreach programs.

Provide insights and recommendations for improving marketing efforts.

**Qualifications**

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field.

Proven experience in field marketing, community outreach, or sales, preferably in the healthcare sector.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

**Preferred Skills**

Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in ophthalmology or eye care.

Familiarity with local community dynamics and demographics.

Basic knowledge of eye care services and medical terminology.
