Job Description
- The BIM QC/QA Expert is responsible for reviewing and coordinating the Architectural, Structural and Civil discipline models & deliverables.
- Ensure continuous improvement through trainings to respective team members.
- Investigate ways to enhance the companies’ standings through R&D.
- Gaining an understanding of the client's needs and requirements and communicating them and the quality standards to the production teams.
- Setting the requirements for BIM projects and monitoring to ensure the quality deliverables are produced.
- Supervising BIM team and providing guidance.
- Ensuring local codes, country specific requirements for the project delivery.
- Keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis.
- Gaining feedback from the clients, attending meetings, submitting quality reports.
- Manage processes implementation, including shared parameters, view ports, sheets, work set etc., and manage all best practices and techniques of BIM and related tools. - Audit and review models in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage.
- Ensure the correct standards and naming conventions are followed.
- Carry out daily/weekly model and deliverables review.
- Communicate with the responsible BIM Manager, PMs, and Engineers to ensure Project health and quality outputs.

**Key Competencies / Skills**
- Knowledge in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM360, Collaboration for Revit for minimum 4 Years’.
- Advanced PC skills with the knowledge of all necessary Microsoft products
- Excellent BIM knowledge and interest in working on prestigious Civil, Building and MEP design projects.
- Strong ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients and other stakeholders

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per year
