Job Description

As a QA/QC specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring quality assurance and quality control across all stages of project execution. This role involves preparing and managing quality documentation, conducting audits, monitoring compliance, and coordinating with teams to maintain the highest construction and safety standards.

This includes preparing, updating, and supervising the company's QA/QC manual, including all amendments and revisions. You will also monitor all quality-related activities across assigned projects, perform internal and external audits on behalf of management, and verify contractor quality requirements and review vendor/contractor documentation submittals.

  • Perform internal and external audits on behalf of management.
  • Verify contractor quality requirements and review vendor/contractor documentation submittals.
  • Attend pre-bid meetings and coordinate project quality requirements with bidders.
  • Represent the company in QA/QC matters and ensure proper statistical reporting methods are applied where required.

You will work closely with site managers, procurement managers, and customer representatives to ensure that quality systems are implemented effectively. Your expertise in ISO standards, quality systems, and construction QA/QC practices will enable you to provide guidance and support to project teams.

About You
  • Requirements:
  • B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering (specialization in Quality Management preferred).
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the real estate or construction industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and ERP systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
