**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products or services and generate sales leads.
- Identify customer needs and requirements, providing suitable solutions or information.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets set by the sales manager.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities.
- Stay informed about product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends to enhance sales performance.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and objections professionally and courteously.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Fresher to 1 year of experience in tele calling or sales, ideally within a similar industry.
- Proficiency in both English and Gujarati, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building rapport with customers over the phone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
