We are hiring Customer Support Executives for one of the top multinational companies located in Magarpatta, Pune. Join our team and become part of an exciting Health Insurance process that offers growth opportunities and a competitive salary package.
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle customer inquiries regarding health insurance policies and services
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring excellent service delivery
- Assist customers with claim filing, policy renewals, and other related processes
- Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary
- Maintain customer records and ensure data accuracy
- Adhere to established company policies and procedures
- Meet or exceed defined performance metrics and quality standards
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process, preferably in a customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
