**Customer Service**: Greet customers warmly and offer assistance with inquiries. Provide information about jewelry products, including pricing, promotions, and features.
- **Cash Register Operation**: Accurately process sales transactions, including cash, credit card, and check payments. Ensure correct change is provided to customers.
- **Product Handling**: Ensure jewelry items are properly handled, securely packaged, and prepared for customer purchase. Maintain a neat and organized display.
- **Maintain Store Standards**: Keep the checkout area clean and tidy, ensuring all products are securely stored. Assist with stock replenishment when needed.
- **Record Keeping**: Accurately maintain transaction records, including sales receipts and any returns or exchanges. Report discrepancies or errors to management promptly.
- **Customer Returns & Exchanges**: Process returns, exchanges, and warranty claims according to company policies.
- **Upselling and Promotion**: Promote ongoing sales, discounts, and new jewelry arrivals to customers in a friendly, non-pushy manner.
- **Inventory Assistance**: Occasionally assist in inventory counts, ensuring accurate stock levels are maintained.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Previous cashier, retail, or customer service experience is preferred, preferably in a jewelry or luxury goods setting.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive transactions involving high-value items.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and providing accurate change.
- Familiarity with cash register or point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- **Appearance**: Present a professional and polished appearance, in line with the upscale nature of the jewelry store.
- **Work Hours**: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of stock when necessary.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in jewelry sales or working with luxury products.
- Knowledge of jewelry, gemstones, and precious metals is a plus.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month
