**Job Description: Cashier at Retail Apparel Showroom**

Location: Vastrapur, Ahmedabad

Working Days: 6 days a week (including Saturdays and Sundays)

Weekly Off: Once a week (rotational)

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Customer Transactions:

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Handle cash, card, and digital payments securely.
- Issue receipts, refunds, exchanges, and discounts as per company policies.

2. Customer Service:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their queries.
- Provide information about ongoing promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.

3. Inventory and Billing:

- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions.
- Assist in stock counting and inventory management as needed.
- Ensure pricing and billing accuracy for all products.

4. Store Operations:

- Keep the cash counter area clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth store operations.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including security and cash handling protocols.

5. Reporting:

- Prepare end-of-day cash reports and reconcile cash drawers.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to the store manager immediately.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Prior experience as a cashier or in a retail environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Strong numerical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and rotational weekly offs.

**Working Conditions**:

- Location: Vastrapur, Ahmedabad.
- Working Days: 6 days a week (including weekends).
- Weekly Off: Once a week (rotational).
- Shift timings: As per store requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
