**Position Title**:MEP BIM coordinator

**Location** - Bangalore

**Expr**- 6+yrs

**Education** - Bachelor of Electrical/ Mechanical

**Notice Period -** Immediate / 15days / 30days/serving Notice period

**Must have Skills - Revit/ AutoCAD / BIM Modeler /MEP / M S Office**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Create detailed MEP services modelling and Coordination using Revit MEP latest software.
- Understand different services drawings, layouts, sections and Design Markups.
- MEP coordination for all the areas of the projects including plant rooms, corridors etc.
- Responsible for reviewing the modelling quality, Coordination as per agreed BEP of the project, helping BIM team to resolve the clashes and technical issues.
- To train the team members on Revit software
- Should Hold graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering with professional certification in BIM.
- Should have domain knowledge of all the MEP services.
- Knowledge of Automation in Revit will be an added advantage
- Good communication and presentation skill
- Strong Knowledge of LOD deliverables, BS 8536 and ISO 1965012.
- Able to handle the team on different projects
- Should have 6 +years experience
- Should Hold graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering with professional certification in BIM.
- Should have domain knowledge of all the MEP services.
- Knowledge of Automation in Revit will be an added advantage
- Good communication and presentation skill
- Strong Knowledge of LOD deliverables, BS 8536 and ISO 1965012
- Able to handle the team on different projects
- Knowledge of various coordination platform will be an added advantage
