1. Ensure the services deliverables in JLL scope required by Client & as per JLL MSA Contract is always met & delivered. Measurables: Nil business escalations or complaints during my duty hours.
3. Ensure that drivers report asper SLA.
4. Ensure all calls answered & employees are supported with adequate assistance.
5. Responsible for task assigned by the line manager as per the site operations' requirement.
6. Responsible for OTA report preparing and sharing all reports with respective process and management on daily basis.
7. Ensure timely deployment of cabs been done by vendor towards ensuring OTA/OTD.
8. Ensure feedback calls made to all women employees using Maternity cab facility and resolve all the queries.
9. Ensure that in case of panic alarm, the employee should be contacted within 2 minutes and adequate support needs to be provided.
10. Ensure all the trips should perform through the transport tool.
11. Ensuring all tickets should be closed timely.
12. Mandated number of trainings hours as per Client & JLL agreed list. Mandatory JLL Online training of Ethics & Compliance & Information Security to be 100% completed.
13. Submission of Daily, Weekly & Monthly Helpdesk Reports.
14. Report Incident, accident and near missed as per the TAT.
