**Job Title**: Marketing Officer (Admissions)

**Location**: Minerva Group of Institutions, Dehradun

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the institution and its courses.
- Lead student admission campaigns, including digital, print, and on-ground marketing activities.
- Counsel prospective students and their families about course offerings, admissions procedures, financial aid, and career opportunities.
- Organize and participate in admission events such as open days, education fairs, and campus tours.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, coaching centers, and career counselors for lead generation.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses to prospective students.
- Track and analyze admission leads, conversion rates, and other KPIs to ensure the achievement of admission targets.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to align marketing efforts with institutional goals.
- Maintain a database of student inquiries and follow up regularly to convert leads into enrollments.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ marketing activities to adjust strategies accordingly.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in educational marketing and student counseling.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet admission targets.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:
