**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases or generated leads.
- Explain our digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing, etc.).
- Identify customer needs and suggest suitable solutions.
- **Lead Generation & Follow-ups**:

- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and warm calling.
- Maintain a record of calls and follow up with potential clients.
- **Sales & Conversion**:

- Persuade prospects to schedule consultations/demos with the sales team.
- Achieve weekly/monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build rapport with clients and address queries professionally.
- Maintain a positive brand image through courteous communication.
- **Data Management**:

- Update CRM/database with client interactions and lead status.
- Provide feedback on customer responses to improve marketing strategies.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent **English & [Local Language]** communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of **digital marketing services** (training will be provided).
- Persuasive and confident with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) is a plus.
- Prior experience in **tele-sales, BPO, or digital marketing** is preferred but not mandatory.
