Position / Role: Architectural Draftsman

Experience Required: 3-5 years.

Location: Lonavala/ Mumbai

Reports to: HOD

Key Responsibilities:
1. Drafting and Design:

- Generate detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications based on input from architects and other project stakeholders.
- Utilize CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) to create 2D and 3D models.

2. Collaboration:

- Work closely with architects, designers, and engineers to understand project requirements.
- Participate in design meetings and provide input on technical feasibility and practicality of designs.

3. Documentation:

- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawings, schedules, and revision logs.
- Organize and manage drawing files to ensure version control and accessibility.

4. Quality Control:

- Review and verify accuracy of own work and that of others to ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues in drawings and communicate changes as necessary.

5. Communication:

- Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project team members to address design modifications and updates.

6. Technology Proficiency:

- Stay abreast of technological advancements in drafting and design tools.
- Continuously improve skills and knowledge of CAD software and related technologies.

**Job Expectations**:
Qualifications:

- Education: Degree or diploma in Architectural Drafting, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 of relevant experience in architectural drafting.
- Software Skills: Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in drafting work.
- Problem Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues in drawings.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.

**Minimum Qualification**: Degree in relevant field

**Minimum Job Experience**: 3- 5 years

**Reporting to**: Director

**Travel**: Yes, as and when required.
